YOUR “S”
FIND YOUR S-KEY FIGURES
Your S-key ratios give you an overall idea of social conditions in your company, and thus how your company has an impact on people. This includes your employees, gender diversity, pay gaps, sick leave and customers. These figures will be included in your ESG report.
Now you need to find the data you need to create your S-statement. We recommend that you ask the HR or finance person in your company for help, as your data can typically be found in employee or payroll systems. You should also get hold of someone from the sales department who can help with customer data.
In the boxes below you can see specifically what data you need.

Tailor your ESG accounting with your own S-key ratios
In the boxes below, you can enter your own social metrics that you would like to include in your final ESG report. Write the title of your metric, insert the unit, and finally write the number itself. This will then automatically be included in your final ESG report. An example of a metric could be “Apprentices”, and the unit could be “Number”.
