FIND YOUR G-RATIO
Your G-key ratios give you an overall idea of the management conditions in your company, and thus how your company is managed. This concerns both the board of directors and the CEO. You can also choose to insert additional data about what controls you have in the company. These figures will be included in your ESG report.
Now you need to find the data you need to create your G statement. We recommend that you ask the HR or finance manager in your company for help, as your data can typically be found in employee or payroll systems.
